PURPOSE: A coffee bean roasting apparatus is provided to easily roast coffee beans and to miniaturize the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A coffee bean roasting apparatus comprises: a hollow main body(12) with a heater(42) mounted at one side and a blower(40) which sends heat to the inside； a roasting member which roasts coffee beans inputted in a coffee bean inlet(38) by hot wind； a coffee bean hull outlet pipe(18) with one end portion which is connected to the rear inside of the main body, a hot wind discharge tube(14), and the other end portion； a coffee bean hull collection box(48) which is connected to the other end portion of the coffee bean hull outlet pipe； a coffee bean outlet(16) which is formed at the lower portion of the inlet； and a rotary drum(26) with a plurality of through-holes.본 발명은 커피 로스팅 장치에 관한 것으로, 이러한 장치는, 일측면에 장착된 히터와 상기 히터에서 발생한 열을 내부로 송풍시키는 송풍기를 갖는 중공부의 본체와, 이 본체의 내부와 연통하게 상기 본체의 전면부에서 상향으로 전개하여 설치된 원두 투입구에서 투입된 커피 원두를 상기 본체 내부에서 발생한 열풍에 의해 로스팅시키는 로스팅 부재와, 일단부가 상기 본체의 후방 내부에 연결되고 상면에는 열풍 배출관이 형성되며 타단부는 하향으로 전개되는 원두 껍질 배출관과, 일단부가 상기 원두 껍질 배출관의 타단부에 연결되는 원두 껍질 수거함, 및 상기 본체의 전면부에 설치된 상기 투입구의 하부에 형성된 원두 배출구를 포함한다. 이때 상기 로스팅 부재는, 상기 본체의 내부 중심부에 위치하는 다수의 관통홀이 형성된 회전 드럼과, 상기 회전 드럼의 내측과 하나 이상의 지지대로 연결된 중심축, 및 상기 중심축에 연결되고 상기 본체의 후방 외측에 장착된 회전 드럼 작동 모터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 상기와 같은 구성에 따라, 간단한 구성의 로스팅 장치를 제공함으로써 누구라도 커피 원두의 로스팅을 용이하게 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 장치를 소형화시킬 수 있어 공간 활용도를 증대시킬 수 있는 효과가 발생한다.
