A method of dispensing two or more volatile materials includes the step of providing a volatile material dispenser having at least one diffusion element and adapted to accommodate two or more containers having volatile materials therein, wherein each of the volatile materials is subjected to a diffusion element. The method further includes the steps of emitting a first of the volatile materials at a first intensity level for a first period of time between about 30 minutes and about 2 hours and emitting a second of the volatile materials at a second intensity level for a second period of time following the first period of time. The second period of time is between about 5 minutes and about 30 minutes and the second intensity level is greater than the first intensity level. The method still further includes the step of repeating the step of emitting the first volatile material.La presente invención se refiere a un método de distribución de dos o más materiales volátiles, que comprende una etapa que consiste en utilizar un distribuidor de materiales volátiles que tiene por lo menos un elemento de difusión y adaptado para acomodar dos o más recipientes que contienen los materiales volátiles, en donde cada uno de dichos materiales volátiles se asocia a un elemento de difusión. El método incluye además los pasos de emitir un primero de los materiales volátiles en un primer nivel de intensidad durante un primer periodo de tiempo entre aproximadamente 30 minutos y aproximadamente 2 horas y emitir un segundo de los materiales volátiles a un segundo nivel de intensidad durante un segundo periodo de tiempo que sigue al primer periodo de tiempo. El segundo periodo de tiempo es de entre aproximadamente 5 minutos y aproximadamente 30 minutos y el segundo nivel de intensidad es mayor que el primer nivel de intensidad. El método incluye además el paso de repetir el paso de emitir el primer material volátil.
