The present invention provides a drug leakage preventing device of a drug injector. The drug leakage preventing device can prevent drug from being released out of a body with repulsive force generated by pressure even without additional power after the drug is injected by pressing an injector. The drug leakage preventing device includes a clutch member. The clutch member pushes a piston in the direction opposite to the direction in which the piston has been pressed with repulsive force generated as pressing force of an pressing member is released after the drug has been injected into the body by the pressing member between a driving source and a rotating body of the drug injector. Therefore, the clutch member can prevent the drug from being released out of the body.
