PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel oxidized protein hydrolase (OPH) activity enhancer that allows an OPH active ingredient present in the stratum corneum to be purified and OPH-like activity enhancing components for various plant extracts to be searched, and can be suitably applied to cosmetics, etc.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a cosmetic in which an extract from a plant is blended as an OPH activity enhancer.
