PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for employing a mask device for protecting eyes by a photosensitizer, for example a cross-link device.SOLUTION: A treatment system 300 positions a mask device 301 on first and second eyes 1a, 1b, a rear side 301b of the mask device approaches a face 3, and a front side 301a of the mask device is at a distal side from the face. The mask device includes an external wall 301c for defining a chamber 302 which extends between front and rear sides and extends while holding first and second eyes. The front side contains: a first transmission region 304a for supplying photoactivation light for the first eye to a first section 302a on the first eye； and a second transmission region 304b for supplying photoactivation light for the second eye to a second section 302b on the second eye.
