PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological tissue raising tool capable of easily and reliably applying surgical treatment when a biological tissue defining a biological lumen is subjected to the treatment.SOLUTION: A biological tissue raising tool 1 is a medical tool to be used to be inserted into a vaginal cavity 200, which is adjacent to a urethral lumen 100 via a biological tissue 300. The biological tissue raising tool 1 includes: a tool body 2 which has a pulling portion 22 in close contact with one part of the biological tissue 300 and pulling the one part from the vaginal cavity 200 side to raise it and forming a raised portion 301 on the biological tissue 300 and a cylindrically configured guide member 18 which is disposed on a part closer to a base end side than to the pulling portion 22 on the tool body 2, allows two puncture needles for puncturing the raised portion 301 to be inserted thereinto, and has a lumen 181 for sequentially guiding each of the puncture needles to the raised portion. The pulling portion 22 is at a position deviated from an extension line O of a center line of the guiding member 18 in a state where the raised portion 301 is formed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】生体管腔を画成する生体組織に対して外科的処置を施す際、その処置を容易かつ確実に行なうことができる生体組織隆起器具を提供すること。【解決手段】生体組織隆起器具1は、生体組織300を介して互いに隣接する尿道腔100と膣腔200のうちの膣腔200内に挿入して用いられる医療器具である。この生体組織隆起器具1は、生体組織300の一部に密着して当該一部を膣腔200側から引張って隆起させて、生体組織300に隆起部301を形成する引張り部22を有する器具本体2と、器具本体2の引張り部22よりも基端側の部分に設けられており、隆起部301を穿刺する2本の穿刺針が順に挿通され、各穿刺針を隆起部に向けて案内するルーメン181を有する筒状体で構成されたガイド部材18とを備えている。また、引張り部22は、隆起部301を形成した状態で、ガイド部材18の中心軸の延長線Oからズレた位置となっている。【選択図】図1
