Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Balsam bestehend aus ca. 66% Kokos-Öl, ca. 17% Oregano-Öl und ca. 17% Dimethylsulfoxid. Der Balsam besteht – bezogen auf eine Verkaufseinheit – anteilmäßig aus 20 ml Kokos-Öl, 5 ml Oregano-Öl und 5 ml Dimethylsulfoxid. Verfahrensgemäß erfolgt ein Vermischen bei 30°C bis 40°C von ca. 66% Kokos-Öl, ca. 17% Oregano-Öl und ca. 17% Dimethylsulfoxid und kurzem Schütteln und/oder Rühren dieser Bestandteile.
