The present invention provides a method for purification of a protein that is conjugated to an albumin binding moiety from a mixture comprising (i) said protein in said conjugated form and (ii) said protein in a form that is not conjugated to said albumin-binding moiety, the method comprising: (a) providing a solid support comprising a substance capable of specifically binding to the albumin binding moiety (b) contacting said solid support of (a) with said mixture comprising protein and conjugated protein under suitable conditions for binding of the albumin binding moiety to the substance as defined in (a) and (c) eluting components bound to the solid support.La présente invention concerne un procédé de purification dune protéine qui est conjuguée à une fraction de liaison à lalbumine à partir dun mélange comprenant (i) ladite protéine sous ladite forme conjuguée et (ii) ladite protéine sous une forme qui nest pas conjuguée à ladite fraction de liaison à lalbumine, le procédé comprenant : (a) lapport dun support solide comprenant une substance apte à se lier de manière spécifique à la fraction de liaison à lalbumine (b) la mise en contact dudit support solide de (a) avec ledit mélange comprenant la protéine et la protéine conjuguée sous des conditions appropriées à la liaison de la fraction de liaison à lalbumine à la substance telle que définie à létape (a) et (c) lélution des composants liés au support solide.
