FEED FOR POULTRY CONTAINING EXTRACT FROM STAR ANISE AND CINNAMON, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, POULTRY FEEDING THE SAME, AND EGG PRODUCED BY THE POULTRY
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of feed for poultry is provided to manufacture feed capable of improving immunity and resistance against diseases by using extract of star anise and cinnamon which is can be used as an antibiotic replacement. CONSTITUTION: Star anise and cinnamon are pulverized. Pulverized star anise and cinnamon particles are injected into a supercritical fluid extraction apparatus. Carbon dioxide is converted into supercritical fluid in the supercritical fluid extraction apparatus at a pressure of 150-170 atm and the temperature of 30-35 deg. C. Carbon dioxide is liquid-bubbled with an ultrasonic wave oscillator. Liquid-bubbled carbon dioxide is supplied to a lower layer of the supercritical fluid extraction apparatus and maintained at a constant temperature. Star anise and cinnamon are extracted by contacting carbon dioxide in the lower layer. The extract is separated by reducing the pressure of carbon dioxide. An additive is added in the separated extract of star anise and cinnamon. The feed for poultry is manufactured by mixing 1-5 parts by weight of the extract of star anise and cinnamon, 20-40 parts by weight of corn, 10 parts by weight of beans, 12-17 parts by weight of wheat, 3 parts by weight of rice hull, 3.5-5.5 parts by weight of gluten meal, 5-8 parts by weight of resin, 0.2 parts by weight of calcium phosphate, and 13-15 parts by weight of nutrient components. The additive is a component or a mixture of more than two components selected from the group consisting of vitamins, amino acids, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, I, Se, Co, Mg, biotin, choline, betaine, and powder. The nutrient components are one or a mixture of more than two selected from the group consisting of calcium carbonate, sodium chloride, salt, lysine, methionine, choline chloride, vitamins, and minerals.
