PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask for non-invasive positive-pressure ventilation (NPPV) coping with an endoscope, which allows execution of a surgery while assisting respiration safely without giving pains, as a method of forming a gastrostoma in a patient with advanced respiratory muscle weakness while confirming an operating position with an endoscope.SOLUTION: An NPPV mask coping with an endoscope includes a connection port for an inhalation/exhalation tube of an artificial respirator and an endoscope insertion port, and airtightly covers a nose and a mouth part.
