The present invention relates to a plant cultivation device for home use, which applies a wick in nutrient solution cultivation to irrigate a plant and supply nutrients and, more specifically, a plant cultivation device for home use including: a nutrient solution tank holding a nutrient solution for cultivation； a plant cultivation unit forming the predetermined number of port insertion holes and installed above the nutrient solution tank； a port forming one or more opening parts on the bottom or a lower circumferential surface, and inserted and seated in the port insertion holes； a medium inserted into the port to support the plant to be cultivated； and a wick having one side end coming into contact with a medium via the opening parts of the port and the other side end immersed in the nutrient solution of the nutrient solution tank.본 발명은 양액재배에 있어서 심지를 적용하여 간편하고 용이하게 관수와 영양공급을 할 수 있도록 한 가정용 식물재배장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 재배용 양액을 담을 수 있는 양액통； 소정 개수의 포트삽입구가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 양액통 위에 장착되는 식물재배부； 저면 또는 하부 외주면에 하나 이상의 개구부가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 포트삽입구에 삽입 안착되는 포트； 상기 포트 내부에 삽입되어 재배되는 식물을 지지하는 배지； 일측 말단이 상기 포트의 개구부를 통해 배지와 접하고, 타측 말단이 양액통의 양액에 침지되는 심지；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가정용 식물재배장치에 관한 것이다.
