PURPOSE: An impression material composition containing cristobalite and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve compressive strain and deformation stability. CONSTITUTION: An impression material composition contains cristobalite which is surface-treated with trimethyl silane. A method for preparing the composition comprises: a step of mixing spherical silica, talc, and cristobalite which is surface-treated with trimethyl silane to prepare a filling material； a step of putting polyvinyl siloxane, polymethyl hydrogen siloxane, and the filling material in a vacuum mixer and mixing the same； a step of adding a surfactant, retarder, filling material, and pigment to prepare a base； a step of putting polysiloxane and filling material into the vacuum mixer and mixing； a step of cooling and adding platinum catalyst, hydrogen adsorber, and filling material； and a step of mixing the base and catalyst.본 발명은 트리메틸실란으로 표면 처리된 크로스토발라이트를 포함하는 인상재 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 인상재 조성물에는 트리메틸실란으로 표면 처리된 크리스토발라이트가 포함된다.아울러, 인상재 조성물의 제조 방법은, 용해된 구형 실리카, 타르크, 트리메틸실란으로 표면 처리된 크리스토발라이트를 혼합하여 충진재를 제조하는 단계； 폴리비닐실록산, 폴리메틸하이드로젠실록산, 충진재를 진공혼합기에 넣고 혼합한 다음 계면활성제, 지연제, 충진재, 색소를 첨가하여 혼합하여 베이스를 제조하는 단계； 폴리비닐실록산과 충진재를 진공혼합기에 넣고 혼합한 다음, 상온으로 냉각한 후 백금 촉매, 수소흡착제, 충진재를 첨가하여 진공 혼합하여 촉매제를 제조하는 단계； 상기 베이스와 촉매제를 혼합하여 인상재 조성물을 제조하는 단계；를 포함하여 구성된다.본 발명에 의해, 트리메틸실란으로 표면 처리된 크리스토발라이트를 이용하여 우수한 압축 변형률, 변형 회복률 및 변형 안정성을 갖는 인상재 조성물 및 그 제조방법이 제공되며, 표면처리되어 소수성을 띠는 크리스토발라이트 충진재를 폴리비닐실록산 인상재에 첨가함으로써 폴리비닐실록산과 충진재의 분산이 용이해진다.
