PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system for a puncture, which enables a position of a vein for the puncture to be visually and easily identified only by applying illumination light to a region for the puncture, without the need for troublesome labor such as belt winding.SOLUTION: A lighting system for a puncture comprises a surface light source that planarly applies first illumination light FL in a blue wavelength domain of 400-500 nm and second illumination light SL in a red wavelength domain of 600-660 nm.
