PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet insertion device that enables winding and insertion in a body cavity of a soft felt-shaped sheet without elasticity.SOLUTION: A device 1 comprises an outer cylinder tube 2 and an extruding member 3 for sheet extrusion. The extruding member has a sheet winding unit protruded from the front end opening of an outer cylinder tube by the advancement of the extruding member, and stored in the outer cylinder tube by retraction. The sheet winding unit comprises: a winding main tube 11 extended in an axial direction of the extruding member and a sheet presser tube 12 provided at the tip side of the winding main tube, and detachably undulated in a parallel position and in an un-parallel position spaced apart therefrom to the surface of the winding main tube. The sheet presser tube is configured so as to be spaced apart from the slit outwardly to the winding main tube by standing, and approach the surface of the winding main tube by lodging to become the parallel position. Thus, the sheet presser tube presses the sheet F and becomes the un-parallel position spaced-apart from the surface of the winding main tube, and thereby releases the pressing of the sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】柔らかく腰の無いフェルト状シートの巻き取りや体腔内への挿入を行うことができるシート挿入デバイスを提供する。【解決手段】デバイス1は、外筒管2とシート押し出し用の押出部材3と、を具え、押出部材は、押出部材の前進により外筒管の前端開口から突出されるとともに、後退により外筒管内に収納されるシート巻取部を有する。シート巻取部は、押出部材の軸方向に伸びた巻取主管11と、巻取主管の先端部側に設けられ、巻取主管の表面に対して、平行な位置と離れた非平行な位置とに接離可能に起伏するシート押え管12とからなっている。シート押え管は、起立により巻取主管に対してスリットから外方に離間することが可能となっているとともに、倒伏により巻取主管の表面へ接近して平行な位置となることによりシートFを押さえ付け、巻取主管の表面から離れた非平行な位置となることによりシートの押さえ付けを解放するように構成されている。【選択図】図1
