The capsule medical apparatus is provided with a casing 2 having a capsule shape, an imaging board 41 and a wireless board 61 that are connected via a flexible board, a spacer 300 that retains the imaging board 41, a spacer 500 that retains the wireless board 61, and a second battery lot 450 that is arranged between the spacers 300 and 500, the spacers 300 and 500 and the second battery lot 450 being housed in an inside of the casing 2 in a state where the spacers 300 and 500 that retain the imaging board 41 and the wireless board 61, respectively sandwich the second battery lot 450.
