PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pile up plural steps of sandwiches so that piled position of sandwiches becomes uniform.SOLUTION: The sandwich manufacturing apparatus comprises cylinders 11, 12 for vertical movement which move lower forks 11F, 12F in a vertical direction so that they go toward the other fork each other, and taking up a sandwich S1 conveyed in parallel on a conveyor 2 and stopped by a stopper 10 from the conveyor 2. And the right lower fork 12F is moved toward a horizontal direction for being disposed so as to overlap the left lower fork 11F in the vertical direction.
