PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change over the setting during startup of a changeover switch during power-ON in a controller for changing over operation states such as an automatic state and an automatic OFF state etc., with the changeover (automatic) switch.SOLUTION: The automatic control during operation is changed over (S6, S8) by ON (S2YES) of the automatic switch in the automatic (ON) state or ON (S3YES) of the automatic switch in the automatic OFF state.
