PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic having excellent storage stability containing discoloring substances such as &gamma-amino-&bgr-hydroxybutyric acid and/or a salt thereof.SOLUTION: The skin cosmetic contains: (A) two or more kinds selected from&gamma-amino-&bgr-hydroxybutyric acid and/or a salt thereof, N-acetylglucosamine, an extract of Pyracantha fortuneana, an extract of Dioscorea composita, an extract of Lonicera japonica (Honeysuckle), and an extract of Zanthoxylum piperitum (B) one or more sulfurous acid or a sulfite salt selected from sulfurous acid, a sulfite salt, a bisulfite, a hydrogen-sulfite, pyrosulfurous acid, and a pyrosulfite and (C) an extract of Rhodomyrtus tomentosa.
