[Reference numerals] (100) Heater； (210) First separator； (220) Second separator； (300) Storage unit； (400) Extractor； (500) Crusher본 발명은 가축 부산물을 이용한 사료 제조 방법 및 그 제조 장치에 관한 것으로, 가축을 도축하는 과정에서 발생되는 부산물을 가열기에서 고온의 스팀으로 가열하여 상기 부산물에 함유된 수분을 수증기로 증발시키는 제1단계； 상기 제1단계를 거친 다양한 크기의 고형문 및 기름에서 상대적으로 미세한 고형분과 기름을 걸러내는 제2단계； 상기 제2단계에서 걸러진 미세한 고형분과 기름에서 다시 기름을 원심 분리방식으로 분리시키는 제3단계； 상기 제2단계에서 걸러지지 않은 고형분과, 상기 제3단계에서 분리된 상대적으로 미세한 고형분을 함께 압착하여, 고형분에 함유된 기름을 추출하는 제4단계； 상기 제4단계에서 기름이 추출된 고형물을 분말 형태로 분쇄하는 제5단계；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 가축의 도축과정에서 발생되는 부산물을 스팀으로 가열하여 수분을 제거한 후에 원심분리기로 고형분과 기름을 분리한 후에, 고형분을 다시 압착 과정과 분쇄 작업을 통해, 단백질과 지방으로 된 사료로 분리 제조됨으로써, 불필요한 자원낭비를 줄일 수 있고, 부산물에 기생하고 있는 세균 등을 멸균할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
