PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat generation instrument in which a double-sided release sheet is used, thereby the usage of a release sheet is made half of a one side release sheet, a wrinkle by an adhesive to be formed to a portion of a crease is difficult, and turn over of an outside edge region is difficult to arise in the use or before use.SOLUTION: In the heat generation instrument 1, a bag 1a of a heat generation section 21a and a bag 1b of a heat generation section 21b are continuously prepared through a bend section B and twofolded. Double-sided release sheet 5 is disposed between both bags 1a and 1b having been twofolded in the heat generation instrument 1. The adhesive is spread on facing surfaces of each of bag 1a and 1b, and each of bag 1a, 1b, and the double-sided release sheet 5 are adhered to peel. The double-sided release sheet 5 is bent to follow the bend section B of the heat generation instrument, and has an extending section 6.
