PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular material scattering apparatus for driving a let-off part by an electric motor, in which the feasibility of an operation to move a feed section is improved and the cost of an apparatus entirety is reduced by an effective layout containing the electric motor.SOLUTION: A fertilizer applicator 8 to be attached to a rice trans-planter comprises: a mounting member including a fertilization frame 55 and a rotary stay 47 a hopper 27 a let-off part 11 and an electric motor 50. The hopper 27 is supported by the mounting member and accommodates a fertilizer. The let-off part 11 lets off the fertilizer in the hopper 27. The electric motor 50 drives the let-off part 11.
