The piles are joined to each other by a steel bar(24) and a rope.본 발명은 눈이 와서 염화칼슘에 의해 녹은 물이 차량 통행에 의해 도로변에 설치되는 화단에 뿌려지는 것을 방지하기 위한 펜스를 고정하는 말뚝은 철제 구성되고, 크랭크 모양으로 구성되는 말뚝의 한쪽은 땅에 박히는 삽입부를 형성하게 되며, 다른 한쪽은 펜스를 지지하는 고정부로 구성되어 땅에 박히는 삽입부는 삽입부재를 포함하여 땅에 삽입될 때 견고하게 삽입되어 고정부에 고정되는 펜스를 견고하게 고정할 수 있도록 구성하고, 상기 고정부는 삽입와 연계하고 절곡하여 수직으로 형성하여 펜스를 고정할 수 있도록 형성하고, 상기 고정부 하부에는 말뚝을 안정시키기 위해 고정부와 크로스로 받침부와 거치부를 형성하고, 상기 펜스는 플라스틱류를 피복한 섬유로 형성하여 차랑통행으로 튀는 눈이 바로 도로로 흘러갈 수 있도록 구성하고, 상기 펜스에는 광고, 경고문, 홍보문, 표어 등을 색인할 수 있도록 구성되는 펜스에 관한 것이다.
