CONSTITUTION: A sterilizing and disinfecting chamber includes a plurality of sterilizing and disinfecting units(140), a blowing unit, a controlling part, and a carrier(200). The sterilizing and disinfecting units include ultraviolet ray-based sterilizing units and ultra low-volume sprayers. The ultraviolet ray-based sterilizing units are installed at the upper side of the chamber and emit ultraviolet ray to targets. Ultra low-volume sprayers generate ozone and spray the ozone to the targets. The blowing unit circulates and exhausts internal air in the chamber. The controlling part controls the operations of the sterilizing and disinfecting units and the blowing unit. The carrier loads and transfers the targets. The carrier includes a loading part, a plurality of wheels, a pair of legs, and a fixing unit.본 발명은 침대, 매트리스, 휠체어 따위의 의료 및 복지용구를 효율적이고 위생적이면서 간편하고 용이하게 살균 및 소독할 수 있도록 하는 의료 및 복지용구용 살균소독고를 제공하기 위한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명에서는 내부의 소독실이 도어에 의해 개폐되는 의료 및 복지용구용 살균소독고에 있어서, 상기 소독실의 상부에 설치되고 살균소독 대상물에 자외선을 발산하는 UV살균기와 원적외선을 발산하는 원적외선 발생기와 오존을 생성하여 분사하는 오존살균기와 살균소독제를 초미립자로 분사하는 ULV살포기가 구비된 다수의 살균소독유닛과； 상기 소독실의 내부 공기를 순환 및 배기시키기 위한 송풍수단과； 상기 살균소독유닛 및 송풍수단의 작동을 전반적으로 제어하는 제어부； 및 상기 소독실에 살균소독 대상물을 적재하여 삽입 및 인출하기 위한 캐리어를 포함하는 살균소독고가 개시된다.
