The present invention relates to a portable heating pad. An electrode for supplying battery electrical power is attached to each of both side edges of a surface heating paper sheet having a carbon fiber dipped therein, and a urethane or epoxy material insulation sheet is attached to both side surfaces thereof, so the heating pad is produced to have flexibility to be easily carried and heating is performed by electrical resistance. Accordingly, the heating pad can be conveniently coupled with a clothing worn by a person or several sorts of goods to perform heating corresponding to a cold and to show activities beneficial to a human body.
