PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that an electric wheelchair includes a large-weight battery at a low position and makes a center of gravity as low as possible, thereby facilitating getting-on/off of a driver and having a form of stabilizing travel of a car body, however, consequently, a battery base surface becomes deeper in a lower side of a step floor surface, thereby making it hard to take the battery in/out and making the operation troublesome.SOLUTION: An electric wheelchair comprises: a battery room 9 for storing a battery 2 at a front-part lower side of a front drivers seat 1 a waterproof wall strip 12 formed of a front wall plate 10 and a rear wall plate 11 into a projecting cross-sectional shape and an appropriate height, at a rear end of a step floor 5 in a front-side peripheral part of the battery room 9 and a battery guide 15 formed inside the battery room 9 of the waterproof wall strip 12, the battery guide inclined forward and upward from a battery base 13 side of a bottom part to a top face 14 of the waterproof wall strip 12 so as to slidingly guide the battery 2 while supporting the bottom part thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】電動車椅子は、重量の大きいバッテリーを低位置に搭載して、できるだけ重心位置を低くして、運転者の乗降を容易化し、車体の走行安定化を図る形態としている。このため、バッテリベース面がステップフロア面よりも下位に深くなって、バッテリの出し入れが難く、操作面倒となり易い。【解決手段】電動車椅子において、前運転席1の前部下方に、バッテリ2を収容するバッテリルーム9を構成し、このバッテリルーム9の前側周部のステップフロア5後端部には、前壁板10と後壁板11とから凸状断面形態で適宜高さの防水壁条12を形成し、この防水壁条12のバッテリルーム9内側には、底部のバッテリベース13側から防水壁条12頂上面14に亘って前上り傾斜で、バッテリ2底部を支持して摺動案内可能のバッテリガイド15を形成する。【選択図】図4
