PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously and easily place two pieces of vinegared rice balls molded in a vinegared rice ball molding part to one dishing dish without causing deformation, and to make dishing up operation sanitary and shortened.SOLUTION: A method for molding the vinegared rice balls includes: a vinegared rice supplying step of successively supplying the vinegared rice to each of the molding holes 3a and 3b of a turntable T in which the pair of molding holes 3a and 3b are disposed side by side so as to supply the two pieces of vinegared rice balls P1 and P2 to one dishing dish Q, and a plurality of the pairs of the molding holes are formed at a series of intervals kept therebetween in the circumferential direction a vinegared rice ball-molding step of pressing the vinegared rice in the pair of molding holes 3a and 3b with a pair of press-molding molds S3 and S4, and simultaneously molding the pair of vinegared rice balls P1 and P2 and a step of placing the vinegared rice balls on the dish so as to simultaneously place the molded vinegared rice balls P1 and P2 in the pair of molding holes 3a and 3b on the dishing dish Q with a pair of charging molds S1 and S2.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】シャリ玉成形部で成形した2貫のシャリ玉を崩さずに連続して1枚の盛付皿へ容易に載せることができ、盛付作業が衛生的で且つ短縮化したものとなるようにする。【解決手段】一対の成形孔3a、3bを、一枚の盛付皿Qへ2貫のシャリ玉P1、P2を供給できるように並列配置し、これを周方向へ一連の間隔をおいて複数対形成して成るターンテーブルTの各成形孔3a、3bにシャリを逐次供給するシャリ供給工程と、一対の成形孔3a、3b内のシャリを一対の押圧成形型S3、S4により押圧して一対のシャリ玉P1、P2を同時成形するシャリ玉成形工程と、成形した一対の成形孔3a、3b内のシャリ玉P1、P2を一対の投入型S1、S2により同時に盛付皿Qに載せるシャリ玉皿載せ工程とを有する。【選択図】図4
