The content of the emulsifier in the hydrophilic lipid composition in terms of weight is 0.05% to 8%. The weight ratio of the water-based liquid to the hydrophilic lipid composition is greater than 3:1. The sum of the volume of the water-based liquid and the hydrophilic lipid composition is no greater than 98% of the volume of a container holding the water-based liquid. A method for blending the hydrophilic liquid composition and the water-based liquid into an emulsion, comprising: pouring the hydrophilic lipid composition and the water-based liquid into a blending bottle, and shaking the blending bottle for at least once in one second either by hand or by a manipulator.
