The present invention relates to a polyethylene glycol hydrogel injection and, more specifically, to an injection for administrating the inside of a joint (cartilage lacuna) for alleviating the symptom of arthritis. The injection comprises: a buffer solution (a first buffer solution) with a pH of 3.5 to 6 including polyethylene glycol derivatives having an electrophilic effector； and a buffer solution (a second buffer solution) with a pH of 7.5 to 11 including hyaluronic acid and polyethylene glycol derivatives having a nucleophilic effector. The injection of the present invention has excellent biocompatibility, and exhibits effects in relieving the pain by being lasted in the joint for a long period of time, effects in protecting the cartilage, and effects in inhibiting the inflammation, thereby preventing or treating arthritis.본 발명은 폴리에틸렌글리콜 수화젤 주사제에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 친전자성 반응기를 갖는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 유도체를 포함하는 pH 3.5 내지 6의 완충액(제 1 완충액)； 및 친핵성 반응기를 갖는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 유도체 및 히알루론산을 포함하는 pH 7.5 내지 11의 완충액 (제 2 완충액)이 별도로 구성하여 관절염 질환의 증상을 개선하는 관절(연골강) 내 투여용 주사제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 주사제는 생체적합성이 우수하고, 관절에서 장시간 지속하여 진통 효과, 연골보호 및 염증 억제 효과를 나타내어 효과적인 관절염 예방 또는 치료 가능하다.
