A new hydrogel made of crosslinked glycosaminoglycans, particularly crosslinked hyaluronic acid, chondroitin or chondroitin sulfate, having reversible linkages using boroxole derivatives leading to new benefits. Glycosaminoglycans that are crosslinked via an alkoxyboronate ester anion formed between a backbone diol function of a first glycosaminoglycan and a boronate hemiester grafted to a second glycosaminoglycan.L'invention concerne un nouvel hydrogel constitué de glycosaminoglycanes réticulés à liaisons réversibles, en particulier de l'acide hyaluronique réticulé, de la chondroïtine ou du sulfate de chondroïtine, cet hydrogel étant obtenu à l'aide de dérivés de boroxole produisant de nouveaux bienfaits. L'invention concerne des glycosaminoglycanes qui sont réticulés par l'intermédiaire d'un anion d'ester d'alcoxyboronate formé entre une fonction diol de squelette d'un premier glycosaminoglycane et un hémiester de boronate greffé à un second glycosaminoglycane.
