Glycosaminoglycans that are crosslinked via an alkoxyboronate ester anion formed between a diol portion of a diol-functional moiety grafted to a first glycosaminoglycan and a boronate hemiester grafted to a second glycosaminoglycan.L'invention concerne un nouvel hydrogel constitué de glycosaminoglycanes réticulés, en particulier de l'acide hyaluronique réticulé, de la chondroïtine ou du sulfate de chondroïtine, ayant des liaisons réversibles au moyen d'acide boronique ou de dérivés de boroxole conduisant à de nouveaux avantages. Des glycosaminoglycanes qui sont réticulés par l'intermédiaire d'un anion d'ester d'alcoxyboronate formé entre une partie diol d'une fraction fonctionnelle diol greffée sur un premier glycosaminoglycane et un hémiester de boronate greffé sur un second glycosaminoglycane.
