The main body portion 10 has a multilayer structure including the exterior inner sheet 12 and the exterior outer sheet 13. The mountain-shaped pad 30 has an opening 30a that can be in contact with the groin of the wearer and receive excrement. The tube 40 is for guiding excremented stool from the opening 30 a of the mountain-shaped pad 30 to the storage portion 50, and has an open end 42 facing the storage portion 50.
