Preferably, the main body 10 has a multilayer structure further including a top sheet 11, and an absorption unit 20 is provided between the exterior inner sheet 12 and the top sheet 11 in the main body 10. The chevron pad 30 can contact the wearer's crack and has an opening 30a for receiving excretory stool.
