The handpiece includes a solution supply pump part and a solution discharge pump part to separately control supply pressure for supplying a cleaning solution inside a skin contact tip which makes contact with a skin, and negative pressure for discharging the cleaning solution inside the tip, so that a skin care solution inside the skin contact tip is supplied by a required quantity as quickly and rapidly as possible upon a skin care procedure, thus the time required is shortened upon a skin treating procedure, and efficiency of the skin treating procedure is improved.
