The skin contact tip has a structure of discharging a skin management solution into the management solution flow space through the feeding space, so a skin contact amount is maximized on the basis of the identical supply amount of an identical skin management solution. Accordingly, using efficiency of a washing liquid is improved, and a using amount of the washing liquid is minimized during a skin management operation.
