PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trocar for always securing the visual field of en endoscope by excluding blood staying in the circumference of a bleeding site even when an operative field is secured by filling with a liquid, and also continuing effective and persistent suction.SOLUTION: The body 10 of the trocar includes: a center conduit 16 having a double tube form to be the passage of an implement and an annular flow passage 18 arranged in the circumference of the center conduit 16 and opened at the distal end side. The annular flow passage 18 is partitioned into a discharge side chamber 18a and a suction side chamber 18b by a partitioning wall 24. The trocar includes a liquid flow inlet 26a communicating with the discharge side chamber 18a and a liquid flow outlet 28a communicating with the suction side chamber 18b.
