There is described a feeding unit (1) for feeding sealed packs (2) of pourable food products to a folding unit configured to form folded packages from relative said packs (2); the feeding unit (1) comprising a feeding conveyor (21) adapted to receive packs (2) at an inlet station (IS) of the feeding unit (1) and to drive them to an outlet station (OS) of the feeding unit (1); the feeding conveyor (21) comprising at least one push member (27) movable cyclically and having a cooperating surface (31) adapted to cooperate, in use, with a relative pack (2) to push it towards the outlet station (OS) along a substantially rectilinear portion (RP) of an advancement path, wherein said cooperating surface (31) has an involute-shaped profile. Furthermore, there is provided a corresponding method for feeding sealed packs (2) of pourable food products to a folding unit.
