PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal comprising an instruction display unit (touch panel), which allows a user to simply perform travel operation on a working machine when giving an instruction of the travel operation on the working machine.SOLUTION: The portable terminal comprises an instruction display unit 25 to give an instruction of operation on a working machine 2 and display information on the working machine 2. The right or left area in the lower area of the display unit 25 is set to be a slide instruction area SA for an instruction of the travel operation on the working machine 2 by slide operation, and an area in the right or left area and on the upper side of the slide instruction area SA is set to be a push instruction area PA for an instruction of the travel operation on the working machine 2 by push operation.
