The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition including at least one pharmacologically active hydrophilic compound that has low permeability and/or is poorly absorbed orally, which belongs to class III of the BCS, optionally at least one other active principle, sodium lauryl sulfate, phytic acid and/or one of the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and optionally a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. According to another aspect, the invention relates to the use of SDS and phytic acid and/or one of the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof as an agent for improving the bioavailability of pharmacologically active hydrophilic compounds that have low permeability and/or are poorly absorbed orally, and which belong to class III of the BCS.Linvention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant au moins un composé pharmacologiquement actif hydrophile peu perméable et/ou peu absorbé par voie orale appartenant à la classe III du BCS, optionnellement au moins un autre principe actif, du laurylsulfate de sodium, de lacide phytique et/ou dun de ses sels pharmaceutiquement acceptable et optionnellement un véhicule pharmaceutiquement acceptable. Selon un autre aspect, elle concerne lutilisation de SDS et dacide phytique et/ou dun de ses sels pharmaceutiquement acceptable en tant quagent damélioration de la biodisponibilité de composés pharmacologiquement actifs hydrophiles peu perméables et/ou peu absorbés par voie orale appartenant à la classe III du BCS.
