A method of providing a matching score between actual life rhythm and circadian rhythm of a user of the present invention comprises the steps of: detecting a biological signal of the user； extracting the circadian rhythm of the user based on a changed pattern of the biological signal； calculating the matching score between the circadian rhythm and the actual life rhythm of the user； and proving the matching score. Mismatch between the life rhythm and physiological rhythm can cause a lot of health-related problems. In order to solve the mentioned problem, the present invention discloses the method and an apparatus of providing a matching score.사용자의 생체 신호를 감지하고, 생체 신호의 변화 패턴을 기초로, 사용자의 서카디안 리듬을 도출하며, 서카디안 리듬과 사용자의 실제 생활 리듬 간의 정합도를 산출하여 제공하는 방법 및 장치를 제공할 수 있다.
