The apparatus for aligning joining strings of a laver bed comprises: a transport guide frame having a plurality of seating guide plates separated from each other in a reference transport direction to be extended to slide a laver bed having coupled with horizontal bars in parallel rows by a first and second separated joining strings in a seated state in the reference transport direction crossing a longitudinal direction of the horizontal bars of the laver bed and a transport alignment device to interfere with the first and the second joining string while transporting the laver bed seated on the seating guide plates in the reference transport direction to align a gap between the first and the second joining string in a set reference alignment gap.
