Die distalen und die proximalen Fixierungsarme weisen freie Enden auf, welche über relativ zu den Fixierungsarmen bewegbare Verbindungsglieder (43) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei je ein distaler Fixierungsarm mit je einem ihm diagonal gegenüberliegenden proximalen Fixierungsarm verbunden ist.
