Herbicidal compositions comprising: (A) 2-[2-chloro-3-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxymethyl)-4-methylsulfonylbenzoyl]cyclohexane-1,3-dione or anagriculturally acceptable salt thereof and (B) at least one of the compounds(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)acetic acid (2,4-D), clopyralid or fluroxypyr, whereinthe weightratio of (A):(B) is 1:2000 to 2000:1, against monocotyledonous and/ordicotyledonousharmful plants are described. The activity of these compositions is superiorto that ofthe herbicides applied individually.
