PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation device comprising a fan that supplies mist containing nutritious liquid to the bottom of a plant and evenly filling the mist into a cultivation box, in which rotation of a rotary driving shaft of the fan is prevented from being stopped due to nutrient attached to the shaft.SOLUTION: A fan unit that allows mist containing nutritious liquid sprayed from a nozzle to flow into the cultivation box at required flow rate is constituted in that the fan unit comprises: a motor is attached to an installation opening provided for an external wall of a cultivation box a rotary driving shaft that is connected to the motor and protruded into the cultivation box and a rotary blades for accelerating spray that is connected to a tip of the rotary driving shaft and rotated in the cultivation box, a spray leakage preventing cover which is protruded from a peripheral edge of the installation opening into the cultivation box with a reduced diameter is provided, the rotary blades for accelerating spray is attached to a tip of the rotary driving shaft that is allowed to penetrate through a central through hole provided for a protruded end of the cover, and the cover prevents spray containing the nutritious liquid in the cultivation box from leaking and attaching to an area closer to a connection part between the motor and the rotary driving shaft.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】植物の根元に養液を含む霧を供給すると共に、該霧を栽培ボックス内に均等に充満させるファンを備える植物栽培装置において、前記ファンの回転駆動軸が付着する養分で回転停止が生じるのを防止する。【解決手段】ノズルから噴霧する養液を含む霧を所要の流速で前記栽培ボックス内に流通させるファンユニットを、該ファンユニットは栽培ボックスの外壁に設けた設置用開口に取り付けるモータと、該モータに連結して前記栽培ボックス内に突出させる回転駆動軸と、該回転駆動軸の先端に連結して前記栽培ボックス内で回転させる噴霧加速用回転羽根を備え、前記設置用開口の周縁から前記栽培ボックス内に縮径させて突出する噴霧漏れ防止用のカバーを設け、該カバーの突出端に設ける中央貫通穴に貫通させた前記回転駆動軸の先端に前記噴霧加速用回転羽根を取り付け、前記カバーで前記栽培ボックス内の前記養液を含む噴霧が前記モータと前記回転駆動軸との連結部側に漏れて付着するのを防止する構成としている。【選択図】図2
