PURPOSE: A carbon dioxide feeder that exhausts incomplete combustion gas during carbon dioxide supply is provided to promote plant cultivation in an establishment such as a greenhouse or a vinyl house.CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide feeder comprises a combustion unit(1) for combusting supplied fuel to exhaust a combustion gas including carbon dioxide, a feeding line(2) which connects the combustion unit and a plant cultivation facility(100) through which the combustion gas passes, an exhaust pipe(3) connected to the feeding line, a damper(4) mounted on a chimney region of the feeding line and an exhaust pipe, and a control unit(5) which controls the operation of the damper to allow the combustion gas to flow in a direction towards the exhaust pipe or the plant cultivation facility. The carbon dioxide feeder further includes a cooling jacket(61) surrounding a circumference of the combustion unit, a ventilation fan(62) supplying external air to the cooling jacket, and a feeding duct(63) of which one end is connected to the cooling jacket and the other end is connected to the plant cultivation facility, and thus the air exhausted from the cooling jacket flows through the feeding duct. A diffuser with an opened end portion is mounted on the other end of the feeding duct, and a cross-sectional surface area of the diffuser has a shape which is increasing from a smaller cross-sectional surface area than the feeding duct to a larger surface area towards the end portion of the diffuser.
