CONSTITUTION: A storage tank(110) is installed at a plantation in which plants are cultivated and is filled with carbon dioxide inside. Carbon dioxide is supplied from a storage tank to a supply tube(130). A discharge outlet(140) is formed to penetrate to a supply tube so that carbon dioxide supplied to a supply tube is discharged to outside. Multiple discharge outlet are arranged in a longitudinal direction of a supply tube with separating at a constant interval. Multiple discharge outlet are opened in consecutive order. Carbon dioxide concentration detecting means(150) measures the concentration of carbon dioxide in a plantation. A sprinkler(170) supplies water to plants with arranging at a constant interval in a plantation.본 발명은, 작물이 재배되는 재배지에 설치되며, 내부에 이산화탄소가 충진되는 저장탱크；와, 상기 저장탱크에 연결되어 상기 저장탱크로부터 이산화탄소가 공급되는 공급관；과 상기 공급관에 공급된 이산화탄소를 외부로 배출하도록 상기 공급관에 관통 형성되는 배출구；와, 상기 재배지에 소정간격 이격되게 설치되어 재배지의 이산화탄소의 농도를 측정하는 이산화탄소 농도 검출수단；과, 상기 재배지에 일정간격으로 배치되어 작물에 수분을 공급하는 다수의 스프링클러； 및 상기 이산화탄소 농도 검출수단에서 측정된 농도에 따라 상기 다수의 스프링클러의 작동을 제어하는 제2제어부；를 포함하고, 상기 배출구는, 상기 공급관의 길이방향으로 다수 개가 소정간격 이격되게 배치되며, 상기 다수 개의 배출구는 순차적으로 개방되는 식물의 광합성 촉진 장치를 제공한다.이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 재배지에서 재배되는 작물에 이산화탄소가 필요한 시기에 적절한 양의 이산화탄소를 고르게 공급할 수 있어, 효율적으로 이산화탄소를 작물에 공급할 수 있고, 이에 따라 광합성을 촉진하여 대량생산을 가능케 하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
