The analysis unit: analyses data for an eye being examined, said data being optically collected by irradiating light on to the eye being examined; and identifies a lesion area in the eye being examined. The storage unit stores image data for the eye being examined. The area editing unit identifies a change area by changing a lesion area on the basis of operation information corresponding to the details of the operation of an operation unit. The display control unit: causes an image of the eye being examined to be displayed on a display means, on the basis of image data stored in the storage unit; and causes an area corresponding to a change area in the eye being examined to be identifiably displayed.
