PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmological device capable of easily observing progression such as the change of a lesion.
SOLUTION: The ophthalmological device which is provided with a display means for displaying the eyeground image of patients eye and a specifying means for specifying a region indicating the lesion on the displayed eyeground image manually or automatically by performing image processing and obtains the actual distance of the lesion specified on the eyeground on the basis of the size variation factor of the eyeground image comprises: a storage means for storing region data indicating the lesion specified by the specifying means for the first eyeground image of patients eye a data calling means for calling the data stored in the storage means when displaying a second eyeground image photographed after the first eyeground image of patients eye at the display means and a superimposing and displaying means for superimposing and displaying a lesion graphic indicating the region of the lesion on the eyeground image displayed at the display means.
