The invention refers to an implantable medical device comprising an housing (60), an electrical circuit unit (20), and a feedthrough component (30), which is electrically connected to at least one contact of the electrical circuit unit, wherein the device further comprises a support (10) fixedly connected to the electrical circuit unit (20). In order to reduce the number of steps during manufacturing in particular for device with a sleeve-type housing the support (10) provides at least one fixture element (13) adapted for a mechanical fixing of the feedthrough component (30) relative to the electrical circuit unit (20) within the housing (60). The invention further refers to a respective manufacturing method.
