Disclosed is the therapeutic use of CpG oligodeoxynucleotides for skin diseases. The CpG oligodeoxynucleotides (CpG ODNs) of the present invention show excellent immunoactive effects against skin diseases in both cases of CpG ODNs with a phosphorothioate backbone and CpG ODNs with a phosphodiester backbone.Linvention concerne lutilisation thérapeutique doligodésoxynucléotides CPG pour des maladies de la peau.
