A reaction vessel and an ozonated liquid dispensing unit are described herein. The unit generates and dispenses ozonated liquids that can be used to clean and disinfect various items or can be used in conjunction with cleaning processes and other equipment. This reaction vessel is incorporated into this unit to reduce the bubbles of ozone gas in the ozonated liquid and break the bubbles of ozone gas, providing a more effective and long lasting cleaning and disinfecting solution.
